Petmodoro in a few words

Short

Petmodoro is a cozy focus timer with a real white cat named Rio. Work for 25 minutes, rest for 5, and Rio keeps you company the whole time.

Long

Petmodoro is a free Pomodoro® timer for the web, with an Android app on the way. It is built around Rio, a real fluffy white cat who lives with Vivek Kumar, the founder of BlueBurp Studio. Start a focus session with one tap and Rio naps beside you while you work; when the break comes, he wakes up and stretches. The timer works offline, rings a soft bell at the end, and can show a small mini timer on a laptop. The timer, Rio and the basic sounds are free and stay free, and there are no ads. Rio never gets sad or sick if you skip a day.

Meet Rio, the facts

  • Rio is a real cat. He lives with Vivek.
  • Pure white long fur and a doll-face Persian look.
  • Gray-hazel eyes with a hint of amber, a pink nose and pink ears.
  • A huge plume tail.
  • A red collar with a tiny gold bell.
  • Known for his superman stretch and for sitting up like a person, back against the bed, belly out.
  • Favorite spots: his woven cane stool and his round bed.
  • In the app he naps, purrs and keeps you company. He never gets sad, sick or cross.

Both of my sides are my good side.
